General Guidelines for Students

Admission & Registration Procedure

  • Students may apply either directly at the Institute or through online registration via the official website.
  • After submitting the online registration, applicants will receive a filled PDF application form on their phone/email. This must be kept safely and produced at the time of certificate verification.
  • The Institute will contact the applicant via phone or email regarding admission approval.
  • Applicants must visit the Institute with the required original certificates for verification.
  • Admission will be confirmed only after approval by the Institute authorities.

Fee Regulations

  • A sum of ₹3,000 must be paid at the time of admission confirmation. This amount will be adjusted against the total course fee.
  • The remaining course fee must be paid in full at the beginning of the course. Instalment payments are not permitted.
  • The prescribed course fee includes the textbooks for the respective course.
  • Fees once remitted will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Working Hours, Attendance and Leave

  • Classes commence at 9:30 a.m. and may continue until 3:30 p.m., six days a week (Monday to Saturday).
  • Students are expected to reach the Institute by 9:25 a.m. to ensure punctuality.
  • Regular attendance is compulsory. Absence without prior permission may affect academic progress.
  • Students are allowed a maximum of six days of leave during the course. Those who exceed this limit will be required to repeat the course. Leave requests must be communicated in advance to the concerned faculty or the Director/Principal.
  • The Second Saturday of every month is the only holiday permitted, apart from Sundays.

Academic Responsibilities

  • Students must actively participate in classes, speaking sessions, internal assessments, and examinations.
  • Assignments and homework must be completed and submitted on time.
  • Students are required to strictly follow the academic instructions given by the faculty.
  • Students must communicate in the German language while on campus, except in unavoidable situations.

Discipline and Code of Conduct

Campus and Property

  • Students must maintain the premises in a clean, tidy, and healthy condition.
  • Writing on walls, pasting posters, or disfiguring classrooms, compound walls, or buildings for unauthorized activities is strictly prohibited.
  • Damage to furniture, laboratory equipment, or any institutional property is strictly prohibited.
  • Any loss or damage caused will be recovered from the responsible student(s).
  • Silence and decorum must be maintained within the campus to ensure a productive learning environment.

Communication and Grievences

  1. Any complaints or suggestions from students or parents must be addressed directly to the Director/Principal.
  2. Official communication from the Institute will be made through phone, email, or other authorized communication channels.
